Coalition is not Loot Permit

For all scams and irregularities Congress is just blaming the coalition. Just Blame the Coalition this has become the ‘root’ Mantra of UPA. There is no program document for UPA like common minimum program. Biggest ever scandal in independent India is 2 G spectrum scam took place under full eye of Prime minister. PM’s statement that he was ignorant to all this is childish and blaming coalition for all the scams.
Kapil Sibbal came with new development in favour of Congress party that there is Zero loss. He is defending Raja. And now PM is blaming Raja. PM seems to defend himself and blame other for everything. If action taken place according to Sibbal then why Raja is behind the bars. Why govt is not agree on JPC.
Year 2010 is going to remember forever as the years of ‘Unabashed corruption’. Rahul Gandhi who is concentrating on Uttar Pradesh and because of price rise and scams record made by UPA he has no words for common people. Rahul also blamed coalition. And Manmohan Singh also follows him. This is open confession that Govt is helpless. Other word we can say coalition has become the loot permit.
Mr. PM said “I am helpless, this happen in coalition Govt”. All scams and inflation is because of whom? Is he defending himself? Who are the culprits? These excuses were not expected from the PM of the largest democracy of the world. People of India are asking “Who looted us”. Who is responsible for? It is only congress lead UPA govt. If PM is defending then he has to reveal that who is behind all these scams. PM wasted his time to defend his party and himself. Is it ok to enjoy power with help of coalition and blaming them for scandals and inflation? Corruption and price rise has become the headache of common man, and power hungry people in govt are in crores.
They are enjoying the umbrella of 2000 Rs and refrigerator of 45000 on rent. And common man is managing two time meal with great difficulty. And govt is saying that standard of living has been raised. Govt is in total failure. PM and Congress has to answer common people, whom he is befooling by blame coalition. If there is such partner in govt who is culprit kick him away from the govt. congress lead govt is enjoying the tears of common man. One hand he is blaming coalition other hand with help of them enjoying the power and putting the common man in hot pan.
I want to correct or suggest that it’s not coalition who makes govt helpless but it’s the greed of power, as assembly election are coming in many state and congress is dreaming to lead with help of same coalition party whom Prime minister is blaming.

घोटालो का शोर

लोकसभा का बजट सत्र शुरू होने वाला है! और देश में एक के बाद एक घोटालो का पर्दाफाश हो रहा है! लेकिन इतने घोटालो का होना और सरकार का मौन रहना भी चिंता का विषय है! जब आम चुनाव हुए थे तब भाजपा ने प्रधानमन्त्री के कमज़ोर होने का मुद्दा उठाया था, लेकिन कॉंग्रेस उनकी साफ़ छवि को भुनाती रही लेकिन आज के परिदृश्य में भाजपा का वो आरोप सही साबित होता नज़र आ रहा है! क्या प्रधानमन्त्री कमज़ोर है जो कि मंत्री परिषद् में नाम कोई सलाहकार जो व्यापार जगत में चर्चित हो या कोई बड़ा व्यापारी या कोई पत्रकार निश्चित कर रहा है! क्या प्रधानमन्त्री ऐसा करने में सक्षम नही थे? यदि थे तो इस दलाली का जवाब भी उन्हीको देना होगा! लेकिन वो मौन रह कर तमाशा देख रहे है! आज कॉंग्रेस जान चुकी है कि देश की जनता को आज मनमोहन की छवि आकर्षित नही करती है! भरष्टाचार के मुद्दों पर चुप रह कर उनकी छवि को जंग लग गया है ! और कोई हैरानी नही होनी चाहिए यदि आने वाले समय में मनमोहन सिंह जी की विदाई हो जाए! लेकिन ये आते जाते रहेंगे मुद्दा है भर्ष्टाचार का, महंगाई का उसका क्या होगा? एक ओर महंगाई और गरीबी कम करने ,हटाने की बात होती है और दूसरी ओर होते है घोटाले! लाखो करोड़ रूपये के ! और सरकार कार्यवाही नही बल्कि महज़ अपना बचाव करती है! नही तो क्या कारण है की मंत्री पद से हटने के बाद राजा को आज तक गिरफ्तार नही किया? आज ८० दिन हो गये है! राष्ट्रमंडल खेलो की कहानी भी यही है! कलमाड़ी भी पूरे ठाट बाठ से रुक्सत हुए जेसे आपने काम से देश की छवि को चमका गये हो!

कारगिल युद्द में उन परिवारों को जिन्हों ने कोई सदस्य खोया है सरकार ने मुंबई में एक बिल्डिंग बनाई साड़ी अनुमतिया कारगिल शहीद के नाम पर दी गयी, लेकिन उसमे भी भरष्टाचार हुआ, नेताओं के नाम फ्लैट निकले! और पूर्वमुख्यमंत्री अशोक चावान बन गये आरोपी संख्या १० ! लेकिन क्या मात्र इस्तीफ़ा दिलाना ही भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ कार्यवाही है! कलमाड़ी ने इस्तीफ़ा दिया,चव्वान ने दिया और राजा भी हिरासत में है लेकिन जो सरकार की चुप्पी और भ्रष्टाचारी बचाओ नीति के तहत देश का आर्थिक नुक्सान हुआ है उसका क्या होगा? वो पैसा कहा से आएगा? उसकी जवाबदेही किसकी होगी? ये पैसा किसी कि बपौती नही है बल्कि देश के लोगो का हक है!

एक बात जो सभी को समझ लेनी चाहिए कि गरीभी हटाओ और भ्रष्टाचारी को बचाओ की नीति साथ साथ नही चल सकती और भ्रष्टाचारी को बचाते रहे तो जनाक्रोश का जो उदाहरण एक देश में आजकल दिख रहा है यहाँ भी हो सकता है! तो क्यों न दिखावा छोड़ के इमानदारी से काम करे! राजा को केवल इस लिए हे गिरफ्तार न किया जाए कि विपक्ष का मूंह बंद हो बल्कि जनता को जवाब देने है तो कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए जो नुक्सान हुआ है उसकी भरपाई होनी चाहिए और सरकार से यदि संयुक्त संसदीय समिति की मांग हो रही है तो उसे मान कर कड़ी कर्यवाहो हो !

आम जनता को भी जागरूख होना चाहिए , अन्याय का विरोध सभी को करना है ये किसी वर्ग विशेष कि जिम्मेवारी नही है! और आज भी कॉंग्रेस के संघठन के लोग अपने को पाक साफ़ बताते है लेकिन उनकी नीत सरकार आकंठ भ्रष्ठाचार में डूबी है! एक ओर राहुल सुशासन की बात करते है दूसरी ओर उनकी सरकार कहती है कि सी वी सी की नियुक्ति के समय उनपे हुए मुकद्दमे की जानकारी नही थी! और आज तक पी जे थोमस पूरी हेकड़ी के साथ अपने पद पर विराजमान है! जबकि विपक्ष की नेता ने संसद से लेकर सड़क तक उनकी नियुक्ति का विरोध किया लेकिन सरकार तो जेसे प्रतिबद्द थी कि नियुक्ति होगी तो थोमस की!

क्या ऐसा लड़ा जायेगा भ्रष्टाचार से? जनता जवाब मांग रही है! आज सरकार से पूछो तो जवाब होता है कि भाजपा नीत सरकार ने नही किया या ऐसा किया ! जनता सरकार से पूछ रही है कि सरकार ने क्या किया? सरकार का जवाब तुलनात्मक न हो कर सटीक होना चाहिए! चीन्ताकाशी की राजनीति कब तक चलेगी? हमें किसने क्या किया ऐसा नही बल्कि आप क्या कर रहे इसका उत्तर चाहिए! आज राहुल की एक सकारात्मक छवि बनाने की कोशिश हो रही है जबकि उनकी पार्टी सत्ता में है और भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर है ! इसका जवाब देने के बजाए सत्ता केसे चले इस पर भाषण होता है! देश की जनता को सोचना है कि हर चमकने वाली चीज़ सोना नही होती!
